| Dutch provide a variety of BOP Test Tools designed to decrease BOP testing time safely. Our BOP Test Tools are designed by drilling personnel experienced in pressure control, drilling rig operations, and quality control. |
| SAFETY VALVE TEST STAND | The Safety Valve Test Stand with Teflon seal allows for the safety valves and inside BOP valves to be tested without utilizing the rig tongs. Standby equipment can be tested at times that do not interfere with valuable rig time operations. |

| The side entry sub is placed between the Top Drive (Kelly) and the BOP test joints which allows for simultaneous testing of the Top Drive (Kelly) and the BOP stack. | SIDE ENTRY TEST SUB |

| TEST TOOL CROSS OVER SUBS | These teflon sealed cross-over subs are utilized to test smaller standby safety valves and inside BOP valves of a tapered string (or tubing). The teflon sealed sub and the standby valves are chain tonged and tested utilizing the test stand. |

| MULTI PURPOSE TEST STAND (DUAL ENTRY) |
|
| The test stand allows for: 1. Testing standby safety and inside BOP valves. 2. Isolation of the Kelly tests and the BOP stack tests. The dual side entry sub is removed from the stand and placed between the Kelly and BOP test joint(s). (The side entries are partitioned by a solid plug.) The test pump is tied into upper entry to test the Kelly valves or tied into lower entry to test the BOP stack. 3. Quick rig up when used as a circulating or pump- in sub. |

Allows the test fluid to be pumped down the drill pipe which provides: 1. Circulation through and around the test plug before the test plug is seated into the housing. 2. Weep holes are located just above the test plug so that pressure can be applied between the lowest closed BOP and the test plug. 3. Rig time savings by simultaneous testing of closed BOP with the choke and kill line valves. 4. Prevention of pressure buildup below a leaking test plug. |
Allows for pressure testing of the variable bore rams without making an additional trip. After testing all of the BOP stack and related equipment, rotate the drill pipe 12 turns to the right to release the 5 (or 5 ½) OD tube from the 3 ½ inner tube. The VBRs can now be tested for 3 ½ OD by applying pressure through the kill line between the closed VBR and the test plug. |
